What’s included in Self-Care Coaching?

01 — Explore

The potential client schedules a Brainstorming Call with the coach to determine the goals the client is willing to work towards in the name of accomplishing optimal self-care that’s compatible with their daily life.

02 — Commit

The coach and the client commit to the self-care curriculum that best aligns with the client’s desired self-care goal. Materials and assignments are provided, and further preceding check-in appointments are scheduled.

03 — Monitor Progress

During the coaching process, the client will be expected to complete prompts and materials assigned in order to maximize the likelihood of desired results.

04 — Reflect

At the end of the curriculum, the coach and client reflect on the data collected and the client’s experience to determine the client’s success rate and burnout level compared to the beginning of the coaching process.
